I've used Tour de Force for several years. It is my "go to" bean. I use it for lattes and cappuccinos. It is always enjoyable to drink, even if a little over or under extracted. It is forgiving in that sense. I use other beans at times, but always come back to Tour de Force. And I love Jittery Joe's! I always stop by when passing through Athens.
